Hudson, the Head Coach at Tribe Wellness Co. With a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Hudson is a master in bodybuilding and HIIT training. He excels in creating personalised fitness and nutrition plans, ensuring optimal performance and well-being for clients of all ages.
ROSELY
Rosely is a seasoned Personal Trainer with extensive experience in Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Physical Conditioning. As a certified Pilates instructor with a degree in Physical Education, she has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over a decade.
JERMAINE
Jermaine got into the health and fitness industry in 2013, completed his Exercise and Sport Science degree in 2016 and is currently enrolled in a post-grad degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
SHIV
Shiv is an experienced female health and fitness coach with over 10 years in the dance and fitness industry. As a former professional dancer trained in multiple lifting styles, specializing in strength training for women, female health, functional fitness, and strength and conditioning.
Shiv is Passionate about supporting positive body image and a healthy relationship with food, Shiv empowers women to build strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness.
MADDIE
Maddie is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science and Sports Science and holds a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation. As a former track and field athlete, she is passionate about coaching strength and functional training to enhance both athletic and everyday performance.
Maddie works with athletes and individuals of all fitness levels to improve strength, performance, and overall fitness. She is dedicated to helping people build sustainable habits, develop confidence in their training, and find genuine enjoyment in movement and exercise.
