Hudson, the Head Coach at Tribe Wellness Co. With a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Hudson is a master in bodybuilding and HIIT training. He excels in creating personalised fitness and nutrition plans, ensuring optimal performance and well-being for clients of all ages.

ROSELY

Rosely is a seasoned Personal Trainer with extensive experience in Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Physical Conditioning. As a certified Pilates instructor with a degree in Physical Education, she has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over a decade.

JERMAINE

Jermaine got into the health and fitness industry in 2013, completed his Exercise and Sport Science degree in 2016 and is currently enrolled in a post-grad degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

ISAIAH

Isaiah completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a strong passion for precision and technique. Dedicated to mastering the small details that form the foundation for achieving exceptional results. His current fitness goals include competing in Hyrox and transitioning into training for boxing.

BROOKE

Brooke is a 400-hour qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice, having taught at studios in Perth, Sri Lanka, and Bali. Brooke is passionate about anatomy, nervous system regulation, and philosophy. Her classes explore ancient wisdom through embodied movement, blending philosophy, pranayama, and meditation into her teaching.

Brooke’s classes invite students to explore strength, balance, and self-awareness, cultivating curiosity and joy both on and off the mat.
