Hudson, the Head Coach at Tribe Wellness Co. With a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Hudson is a master in bodybuilding and HIIT training. He excels in creating personalised fitness and nutrition plans, ensuring optimal performance and well-being for clients of all ages.

JERMAINE

Jermaine got into the health and fitness industry in 2013, completed his Exercise and Sport Science degree in 2016 and is currently enrolled in a post-grad degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

LUCY

Lucy is your expert in biomechanics, Women’s health, Neuroscience, and Human Behavior. As a qualified strength and conditioning coach, sports nutritionist, and women’s health coach, she's on a mission to elevate your well-being.

BRAD

Besides his role as a fitness coach, Brad is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with Dietitians Australia. His expertise spans various nutrition domains, including general nutrition, sport and exercise nutrition, nutrition education, food allergies, women's health, and low carbohydrate diets.
