At Tribe Wellness Co, our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions offer the perfect balance between personalised coaching and the motivational energy of a small group setting. Each session is limited to a maximum of four members, ensuring you receive individual attention and tailored support while still benefiting from the camaraderie and accountability of training alongside others.
